Unsere FAQ
As our buses are not equipped with wheelchair ramps or lifts, we have to hire a vehicle from one of our local partners for non-foldable wheelchairs.
Pick-up times can be found in our FBTT binder at the reception of the hotel (updated every Friday). The hotels also receive the pick-up times via e-mail, so guests can ask for it at the frontdesk.
You can pay either with credit card or wire transfer.
Upon arrival guests will be greeted by our driver or representative in the arrival hall, who will be holding their name sign. If guests arrive with KLM, Air Canada, Condor or Westjet, guests should look for our FBTT airport desk which they can easily find in the arrival hall.
Child and booster seats can be requested when booking a transfer. The cost for this is $7,50 per one way.
